What a Giving Neighborhood!

A Neighborhood of Givers! Yesterday’s lemonade stand at Danneel Parkwas a huge success! Thanks to the organizers, Shannon, Phillips and Charlotte Johnston, the pop-up lemonade stand / bake sale raised over $800 for Officer Chris Abbott, who was shot in the line of duty while on patrol for Hurstville a few weeks ago. Maggie, Officer Abbot’s fiance’ was there representing Offie Abbott who was immobilized due to a second surgery on his leg. Many thanks to all who organized, volunteered, donated and supported the event today. What a great neighborhood!
