Striping on Prytania from Nashville to Jefferson Scheduled for Monday
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Weather dependent, beginning Monday, September 26th at 7 a.m., the SELA contractor will begin placing permanent striping on Prytania Street between Nashville and Jefferson avenues. This work is expected to take approximately two to three days to complete. During these days, street parking will be unavailable during the day and at night. Please have all vehicles removed from the street by 7 a.m. Monday until work is complete. You will receive notice once it is complete. Additionally, driveway access will be unavailable during the day. If you will need egress each day, please have your vehicles removed from your driveway by 7 a.m. Access will be restored in the evenings at approximately 5 p.m. If work is not occurring on your block it may be possible for you to access your driveway, but there is a chance work could progress to your area. Once striping is placed it needs approximately 15 minutes to dry. If you need egress from your driveway during this time, you will need to wait for work to be complete and dry.
