Hurstville Security District contracts with a combination of law enforcement teams of officers to monitor and protect the Hurstville Security District. Below are the officers that currently work in the neighborhood. 

Supervisors

Lieutenant Carl Perilloux has served since 1977, he retired from the New Orleans Police Department in March of 2011. He currently serves as a Lieutenant with the Orleans Parish Sheriff Officer in the Reserved Division. Lt. Perilloux has worked for Hurstville Association for 9 years. He has been the coordinator for the Association’s Security Detail for the past 9 years.

Agent David Dean has 20 years of law enforcement, 14 years with state law enforcement, 8 years with LA Probation and Parole currently assigned to the New Orleans Crime Prevention Unit. Agent Dean supervises he parole and probation officers for the District.

Officers

P/O IV Chris Abbott has served since 1991. He has worked throughout N.O.P.D. and is currently assigned to the Employee Relations Division. Officer Abbott has worked for Hurstville Association for the past 15 year. Officer Abbott served as the assist coordinator for this Association.

Retired Officer Van Ballard has served since 1987, he retired from the New Orleans Police Department in April of 2012. He served as Firearms Instructor for the Department. Officer Ballard has worked for Hurstville for the past 12 years.

Retired Officer Chuck Badon has served since 1994, he retired from the New Orleans Police Department in June of 2015. He severed as Instructor for the Department. Officer Badon has worked for Hurstville for the past 5 years.

Agent JD Bertrand has 12 years with state law enforcement, including 7 years with LA Probation and Parole. Agent Bertrand is currently assigned to the New Orleans Crime Prevention Unit.

Agent Douglas Black has 7 years of law enforcement, 6 years with LA Probation and Parole.

Sergeant John Bondio has served since 1973, and is currently assigned to the Office of the Superintendent as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief.

P/O II Joseph Brooks has served since 2008, and is currently assigned to the Fourth District.

Agent Joseph Dier has 25 years with LA Probation and Parole. Agent Dier is the District Manager in East Jefferson Parish and commands that district office.

P/O IV Michael Duzmal has served since 2003, and is currently assigned to Fourth District.

Agent Ginell Duncan has 9 years of  law enforcement, 1.5 years as a reserve with JPSO, 2 years with OPSO and 5 years with LA Probation and Parole

P/O II Walter Fuquay has served since 2006, and is currently assigned to the Second District.

Sergeant Bradley Glaudi has served since 1985, and currently assigned to the Fourth District as Commander of the District Investigative Unit Property Crimes Section.

Agent Patrick Green has 26 years of law enforcement, 22 years with LA Probation and Parole.

Agent Paige Hailey has 2.5 years of law enforcement with LA Probation and Parole.

P/O III Candace Harper has served since 2004, and is currently assigned to the staff of the Commander of the Fifth District, as an Administrative Assistant.

P/O IV Kyle Hinrichs has served since 1991, and is currently assigned to Major case Narcotics.

Agent Randall Marvin has 3 years of law enforcement all with LA Probation and Parole.

Sergeant Kenneth Miestchovich has served since 1985, and is currently assigned to the Operations Bureau on staff.

P/O III Stephen Nguyen has served since 2009, and is currently assigned to the Crime Prevention Unit.

Sergeant Anthony Rome has served since 1997, and is currently assigned to Major Case Narcotics.

Sergeant Michael Stalbert has served since 0000, and is currently assigned to Seventh District Task Force.

Agent Christopher Turner has 3.5 years of law enforcement all with LA Probation and Parole.

Agent James Wilder has 1 year of law enforcement with Probation and Parole. Agent Wilder is retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years of service.
