Hurstville Security District contracts with a combination of law enforcement teams of officers to monitor and protect the Hurstville Security District. Below are the officers that currently work in the neighborhood.

Lieutenant Carl Perilloux has served since 1974, he retired from the New Orleans Police Department in
March of 2011. Lt. Perilloux has worked for Hurstville Association for 21 years. He has been the coordinator
for the Association’s Security Detail for the past 20 years.
Sergeant Stephen Hguyen has served NOPD since 2009, and is currently assigned to Seventh District.
Senior Police Officer Candace Harper has served NOPD since 2004, and is currently assigned to the staff of
the Commander of the Fifth District, as an Administrative Assistant.
Senior Police Officer Kyle Hinrichs has served NOPD since 1991, and is currently assigned to Major Case
Narcotics.
Lieutenant Alvin Bedou has served since 2000, and is currently a State of Louisiana East Bank Levee District Police Supervisor.
Sergeant Scott Meunier has served since 2007, and is currently a State of Louisiana East Bank Levee District
Police Supervisor.
Sergeant Warren Kimball has served since 1997, and is currently a State of Louisiana East Bank Levee
District Police Officer.
Sergeant Jacob Lathrop has served since 2007, and is currently a State of Louisiana East Bank Levee District Police Officer.
Officer Laruen Edison has served since 2011, and is currently a State of Louisiana East Bank Levee District
Police Officer.
Officer Ramon Pierre has served since 1998, and is currently a Polic Officer with the Housing Authority of
New Orleans.
Sergeant Brittany Lacking has served since 2004, and is currently with Orleans Parish Sheriff Office.
